Planting & Care
1. Planting: Plant or repot within 4 weeks of arrival. Choose a location with sun to partial shade and moist, well-drained soil. Space plants 12 to 18 inches apart, or use a container with drainage holes.
2. Watering: Water thoroughly after planting and whenever the top inch of soil feels dry. Keep the soil evenly moist but not waterlogged, checking containers more often during hot weather.
3. Pruning: Deadheading is not necessary for continuous bloom. If needed, lightly trim stems to maintain a compact shape or encourage fuller growth.
4. Fertilizing: Apply a balanced, slow-release fertilizer at planting. For container-grown plants, supplement with a water-soluble fertilizer every few weeks according to label directions.
