Sweet harvests from a compact mound

This highly productive, ultra-sweet dwarf tomato is prized for its delicious, grape-sized red fruits. Its compact, bushy mounded habit delivers a generous harvest without taking up much room.

Well suited to patio containers, raised beds and sunny garden spaces, it brings fresh flavor and attractive greenery close to the kitchen. Its manageable size also makes harvesting easy.

About Proven Winners®: Proven Winners® ColorChoice Shrubs offers flowering shrubs, evergreens, and trees that have been tested for eight to ten years to ensure they outperform conventional varieties. That means bigger flowers, more colorful foliage, reblooming, disease resistance, new habits, or anything that makes them more beautiful and easier to grow in your landscape or garden.

Pollination Info

Proven Winners® Harvest Patio Gems™ Red Dwarf Tomato Bush Pollination

Proven Winners® Harvest Patio Gems™ Red Dwarf Tomato Bushs are self-fertile. You will get fruit with only one plant. However, adding an additional Proven Winners® Harvest Patio Gems™ Red Dwarf Tomato Bush will drastically increase the size of your crop.

Planting & Care

1. Planting: Plant or repot within 4 weeks of arrival. Place in full sun with at least 6–8 hours of direct light daily. Use rich, well-draining soil and a container with drainage holes, or plant in the garden after frost danger has passed.

2. Watering: Water deeply whenever the top inch of soil feels dry. Keep moisture consistent, especially while fruits are developing, but do not leave the roots in standing water.

3. Pruning: Little pruning is needed. Remove yellowing or damaged leaves and any foliage touching the soil. Avoid heavy sucker pruning, which can reduce the harvest on a compact bush tomato.

4. Fertilizing: Feed at planting with a balanced, slow-release fertilizer. Once flowering begins, use a tomato fertilizer according to label directions and avoid excess nitrogen, which encourages leaves over fruit.
