Planting & Care
1. Planting: Plant or repot within 4 weeks of arrival. Choose a location with partial to full shade to full sun, and ensure the soil is well-draining. Space the plants about 12 inches apart to allow for their spreading nature. Be cautious that horseherb spreads aggressively and becomes weedy. Plant where it is able to spread out and naturalize without becoming a nuisance. Horseherb can handle moderate foot traffic.
2. Watering: Regularly water the Horseherb Plant, especially during the first growing season to establish the roots. Once established, it is drought-tolerant but will appreciate watering during prolonged dry spells.
3. Pruning: Mow like a lawn. Once established, horseberb is best mowed every 4 weeks to keep the area neat and reduce aggressive spreading.
